This notice applies to personal data that a visitor voluntarily submits through the form on the contact page.
Data included
Name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry subject and message, chosen language, consent notice version and consent time, plus any other information the sender voluntarily includes in the message. Files are not accepted.
Purpose
To register and review the enquiry, contact the sender where appropriate, maintain correspondence with NAII and record consent. Submission does not guarantee a response.
Transfer and access
Submitting the form transfers the information to the server and saves it in a private inbox. Only the authorised NAII site owner can review it through a verified account. A receipt reference confirms storage, not email delivery. If you choose direct email instead, your email application and the relevant email service handle the information you send.
Consent
By selecting the consent box and submitting the form, the user agrees to the described processing of the stated data for reviewing the enquiry. The notice version and consent time are saved with the enquiry. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@naiiuz.uz; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the request was received.
Protection and retention
Form data is not written to browser local storage. Spam prevention uses a hidden verification field and time-limited keys derived from a hash of an IP address; raw IP addresses and submitted personal data are not written to application logs. Enquiries and consent records are retained for as long as needed for review and applicable obligations. Requests for clarification, correction or deletion may be sent to info@naiiuz.uz.
