This notice applies to personal data that a visitor voluntarily includes in an email prepared on the contact page.
Data included
Name, email address, telephone number, enquiry subject and message, plus any other information the sender voluntarily includes in the email.
Purpose
To register and review the enquiry, contact the sender, prepare a response and maintain official correspondence with NAII.
How data is transferred
The website transmits nothing automatically. After the button is pressed, the message opens in an email application; NAII receives the data only after the user sends the email.
Consent
By selecting the consent box and sending the email, the user confirms voluntary provision of the stated data for reviewing the enquiry. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@naiiuz.uz; withdrawal does not affect handling completed before it was received.
Protection and period
NAII limits access to correspondence and uses the data only for the stated purpose and applicable obligations. The period depends on the enquiry and legal requirements.
