This policy explains what information the NAII website processes when an enquiry is submitted through the contact form.

Data in your browser
The website stores the selected language and cached, non-personal market data in the browser to improve loading speed. Form entries are held only in the current page state and are not written to browser local storage. The site code contains no advertising trackers or first-party web analytics.
Enquiry form
When submitted with consent, the website stores your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject, message, chosen language, consent notice version and consent time in a private server-side inbox. Access is restricted to the authorised NAII site owner through a verified account. A receipt reference confirms storage for review, not email delivery or a commitment to respond. No email notifications are sent. File uploads are not supported.
Spam prevention
The form uses a hidden verification field and time-limited rate-limit keys derived from a hash of an IP address. Raw IP addresses and submitted personal data are not written to application logs.
Direct email
You may use the email link instead of the form. If you choose that option, your email application and the relevant email service handle the information you decide to send.
External resources
The website links to official and third-party resources. After following such a link, data handling is governed by the resource owner’s rules.
Retention and rights
Enquiries and consent records are retained to the extent and for the period needed to review an enquiry and meet applicable obligations. Requests for clarification, correction or deletion may be sent to info@naiiuz.uz where permitted by applicable law.
Legal basis
Personal data is handled with regard to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. LRU-547 of 2 July 2019 “On Personal Data”, as subsequently amended.
